How to request a refund

To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service department at the following address: info@moldexis.com
Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your request has been approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product.

Return process

Upon receipt of the returned product and verification of its conformity, we will proceed with the refund within 1 to 3 working days.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-refundable items

Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products damaged through misuse, neglect or in non-original condition.

Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.

Products returned after the 14-day return period has expired.
